Aston Martin Vantage N24 is ready to go

Aston Martin Vantage N24

After almost a year that the initial gossip started spreading throughout the automotive sites, Aston Martin has finally completed the preparations needed to bring to the British market its much revered Vantage N24 street-legal racing vehicle.
The hand-built coupe has received its "N24" index in commemoration of Vantage's last-year successful completion of famous 24 Hours of Nurburgring race when the car was the 24th to cross the finish line.
Citing Pistonheads, Inside Line expects the Aston Martin Vantage N24 to come at price of some $198,000. For the money, one will receive a car almost identical to the original racer (local transport authorities have insisted that the vehicle was equipped with a hand brake, license plate lights, a tamed exhaust system, a standard steering column lock and this sort of stuff).

Weighing no more than 2,930 lbs (about 1330 kg), the N24 will be equipped with a 410 hp engine, which is 30 hp more powerful than the heart of the "ordinary" Vantage V8, adjustable sports suspension, sports wheels, and, of course, the real roll cage.
